This whole mess is all stems from 2007 DUI hit and run case, involving her 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL65. On Memorial Day weekend, a night of booze fueled partying and cocaine tooting crossed the line into tragedy. After the wreck, authorities found a useable amount of cocaine within the Mercedes SL65. She is currently serving a 3 year probation term for her second DUI conviction. In essence, we categorize Lindsay Lohans current state of being as, "On the Lam". Yes, she is currently on the run from authorities, and at this point anything can happen. The details are shrouded in "classified police business" methods of secrecy. Lindsay herself admitted to being addicted to alcohol and drugs, and that she has difficulty managing her life. If it's not resolved, I'm sure we'll negotiate her voluntary surrender."
